A new exhibition at Palau Robert has turned the spotlight on Carme Ruscalleda, the internationally renowned chef whose culinary creations have bridged the gap between traditional and avant-garde cuisine. Ruscalleda rose to fame thanks to a restaurant by the name of Sant Pau, located in the Catalan town of Sant Pol de Mar.
The exhibition “Carme Ruscalleda. The Essence of Taste” was organised by the Government of Catalonia's Directorate-General for Dissemination and received sponsorship from Gallina Blanca. Curated by Anna Alberni, the exhibition was open to the public from 26 March to 29 September 2019 in Room 3.
