Here is a look at the restaurants we work in, establishments which embody our philosophy and showcase the quality of our cuisine.

Sant Pau Tokyo

Sant Pau in the land of the rising sun

The Sant Pau restaurant in Japan opened its doors on 1 April 2004 in Tokyo's bustling city centre. Its privileged location in the middle of a public square in the capital's Coredo Nihonbashi district is further enhanced thanks to the surrounding gardens.

The restaurant is a true replica of its predecessor and does more than just share its name: it looks just like it and creates similar dining experiences, embracing the culinary and gastronomic philosophy of Carme Ruscalleda.

The restaurant in Tokyo serves the same seasonal Catalan cuisine that has long inspired Carme Ruscalleda's work, using fresh products sourced within Japan.

The restaurant also serves more than 350 wines, most of which are imported from a thoughtful selection of wineries in Spain.

Carme Ruscalleda in Barcelona

Moments is housed in the Mandarin Oriental hotel in Barcelona, the first establishment set up by this group in Spain. The restaurant's head chef, Raül Balam, has several years of experience working alongside Carme Ruscalleda in the kitchen at Sant Pau.

Nestled on the hotel's mezzanine floor, Moments can accommodate up to 50 diners and has a chef's table which seats 10.

Moments is a gastronomic space, embodying the heart and soul of Sant Pau: modern Catalan cuisine inspired by seasonal products from El Maresme.

A quiet and elegant place

Blanc is the heart of the Mandarin Oriental hotel; this quiet and elegant restaurant is the perfect place to meet for drinks or to enjoy an excellent dining experience, any time of the day.

Mediterranean light floods in through the room's double-height glass ceiling, and the gigantic metallised mesh structure suspended in the air is, without a doubt, one of the hotel's most spectacular features.

Blanc offers its culinary experiences throughout the day, highlighting the perfect marriage between service and gastronomic care, all of which has been imagined and brought to life by chef Carme Ruscalleda, whose philosophy focuses on fresh and locally-sourced products, cooked with respect and inspiration.

For breakfast, our guests will enjoy a wide array of baked goods, pastries, fruits, juices, dairy products, cheeses, cured meats and sausages, and cold and hot dishes, all of which are inspired by the Mediterranean and Eastern cuisine.

For lunch and dinner, we offer restaurant service based on a fresh, seasonal menu, premium products, dishes reflecting the city's rich culinary essence, market-based cuisine and Asian-inspired creations. Discover what's on our menus for yourself!

Blanc is also the perfect spot for an evening date or get-together. Come and enjoy an exclusive tea selection and a range of novelty pastry creations.
